Katahdin Sheep
We are a small family run farm located 12 miles north of Rochester, MN. We raise Katahdin (kuh-tah-dn) a breed of hair sheep that sheds their hair each spring and does not need shearing. We fell in love with this breed for their strong mothering instinct, resistance to parasites, cold and heat tolerance and high fertility. It is known for its high quality, lean, mild flavored meat.

We sell unregistered ewe lambs, available starting May-June.
Butcher Lambs
Lambs are typically ready October-November. Live weight is 70-100 lbs. Lambs are sold whole; we will deliver to a local butcher shop for you to pick up after processing. Payment is required prior to delivery. Processing fees are paid directly to the butcher shop at the time of your pick up.
